Generated Content

All videos and images generated using our Service are your property

We do not claim ownership of your generated content
Generated content for free users may include watermarks

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of AICreate Technology and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Credits and Payments

Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system
Credits are consumed when generating videos or images
Different models and features consume different amounts of credits
Unused credits may expire according to your subscription plan

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Prices are subject to change with notice
No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
